Chalet

On 7th November, those going for the chalet please meet at pasir ris mrt station at 1 pm. Follow Shao Xun to the resort lobby. Also, some people help him take the barbecue items. Those going only on the second day, get someone to fetch you from the resort lobby into the chalet. Bring only necessary items. Remember to clear up after bbq, and don't go wild in public. Fine, I may sound long-winded, but you will never know who is around the corner.....

As your welfare leader, I hope you guys can have more intiative amd do your duties without us telling you.

As a student councillor, I hope you enjoy your holidays and live life to the fullest.

As a student of 1A and a gonna-to-be 2A-ian, I will miss you guys during the holidays.

As part of the organising committee of class chalet, I hope everyone will join in the fun.

People, don't leave any regrets for this year. Do all you want/can as a Sec 1. Always live life to the fullest. Though there are times where we encountered problems, we would always solve them in the end. I hope that we can still be the same next year. Let us always keep that 自-high attitude, that childish attitude, the attitude of a rv-ian, a 1A-ian. Let that be part of the memories we have when we had spent our lives together during secondary 1. Always remain happy and cheerful. Don't let anything deter your path.

Probably your overall results did not reach your expectations. But don't be disappointed. Work hard in the hollidays. Hope that next time, we have a 1A representative to go up on stage to recieve a prize.Maybe that will be our next year's class goal? Who knows? Besides this, I hope you people can treat teachers nicer. Don't be so rude to them. They, afterall, are our elders. Use the SEL score to determine your good and weak points, then go improve on the weak points.

It's the last day of school tomorrow... It all seems to pass so quickly... Must treasure the time tomorrow... It's most likely the last time we will be together as 1A... Although we will still be in the same class next year, we will be 2A... Not 1A anymore... I really hope that all of you can go to the class chalet during the holidays...

Class outing

I guess you guys should know that we are planning a class outing in the school holidays. We will be booking two rooms(single storey) at Downtown East Costa Sands resort. It will be two days one night. Once we check in, you can go to the nearby escape theme park. It should be about 15 minutes' walk away. We will have barbeque at night. There is a barbeque pit nearby. Details about the food will be confirmed at a later date. We will probably be buying the materials and food at Cheers, a store in Downtown East.

I need you guys to choose a date where you can go from the poll below. I know some of you are not sure whether you have cca on that day or you are not free blah blah blah. Try to get a date according to your present organiser. We will choose the dates where most people can make it.

As this is a CLASS outing, everyone must try to contribute. :) One room per night is $89. Two rooms will therefore be $178. Including the cost of the food and the materials for the barbeque, everyone should give at least $15 to the class fund. The food and materials for the barbeque are very expensive. If there is still money left, it will be for the class fund next year. The total sum of money is only for the booking of the rooms and the food and materials for the barbeque; it does not include the tickets for Escape. For your information, one Escape ticket is $16.50.

This is not the confirmed plan for the class outing. However, we are definitely going to have a chalet. Remember to vote!!! :)
