I guess you guys should know that we are planning a class outing in the school holidays. We will be booking two rooms(single storey) at Downtown East Costa Sands resort. It will be two days one night. Once we check in, you can go to the nearby escape theme park. It should be about 15 minutes' walk away. We will have barbeque at night. There is a barbeque pit nearby. Details about the food will be confirmed at a later date. We will probably be buying the materials and food at Cheers, a store in Downtown East.
I need you guys to choose a date where you can go from the poll below. I know some of you are not sure whether you have cca on that day or you are not free blah blah blah. Try to get a date according to your present organiser. We will choose the dates where most people can make it.
As this is a CLASS outing, everyone must try to contribute. :) One room per night is $89. Two rooms will therefore be $178. Including the cost of the food and the materials for the barbeque, everyone should give at least $15 to the class fund. The food and materials for the barbeque are very expensive. If there is still money left, it will be for the class fund next year. The total sum of money is only for the booking of the rooms and the food and materials for the barbeque; it does not include the tickets for Escape. For your information, one Escape ticket is $16.50.
This is not the confirmed plan for the class outing. However, we are definitely going to have a chalet. Remember to vote!!! :)
